A trio of CHANDON Blanc de Blancs paired with California’s treasure of the sea supporting a partnership with the Wild Oyster Project.
Our communal tasting seats up to 24 people for a flight of our Chardonnay based sparkling wines made in three different winemaking styles, alongside an assortment of three California coast oysters. Bring your friends and make some new ones. Additional oysters available by the full or half dozen. Sip & see how we’re recycling our oyster shells to foster a symbiotic environment.
