CIA Alumni Guest Chef Dinner – Chef Will Dissen ’03

Will Dissen, graduate of the Culinary Institute of American in 2003 and author of the new cookbook, “Thoughtful Cooking: Recipes Rooted in the New South,” will come to The Grove Restaurant to create a dinner that is “a meditation on the seasons and how they inform not only our ingredients and cooking styles, but how our choices affect the world around us.”
