Guest Chef Dinner with MasterChef Winner Dara Yu ’21

Celebrate the amazing female chefs of the Culinary Institute of America at The Grove at Copia all through the month of March.

Dara Yu is a 22-year-old LA native with an impressive resume. A runner-up on MasterChef Junior at age 12 and, more recently, the youngest-ever winner of MasterChef season 12, she takes inspiration from memories of cooking with her Chinese New Zealander grandmother and now thrives in California’s diverse food culture. We welcome Dara (actually, welcome her back…she was a member of the CIA marketing team!) to show us all she’s learned as a guest chef at The Grove at CIA at Copia!
