Another proud graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Chef Daniela was born and raised in Queens, NY. She has spent much of her career working with MINA Group, and has the honor of being the youngest-ever executive chef at a MINA restaurant. Now at Estiatorio Ornos, her skills across a variety of cuisines inspires her creativity every day. We look forward to tasting her unique take on Mediterranean cuisine at The Grove at CIA at Copia.
